Connect the platforms you already sell on. Import the iCal link from Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, or Google Calendar, then paste your DaliBook export link back into each of them. DaliBook re-checks every connected calendar every 5 minutes, so a night booked elsewhere is blocked on your DaliBook calendar automatically, and your DaliBook bookings are published back for those platforms to pick up. Walk-ins and phone reservations you add yourself block availability the moment you save them, so every channel works from one calendar.

No. Bookings you create directly on your dashboard or app are 0% commission. Commission only applies to bookings made through your public link or widget (12% fee). Note: Limits on manual bookings may be introduced in the future.

Payouts are sent weekly via bank transfer to your registered account. Make sure your bank details are up to date in your provider settings to avoid any delays.

It depends on your business type. Individuals need one valid government-issued ID, such as a passport, driver's license, PhilSys national ID, or SSS card, plus a signed MOA. Sole proprietors add their DTI registration and BIR Certificate of Registration. Partnerships and corporations add their SEC registration and company documents, such as Articles of Partnership or Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and the latest GIS. You choose your business type during onboarding and DaliBook lists the exact documents it needs from you.

Yes. You can process refunds yourself or contact us for assistance. Please note: platform fees are non-refundable. You may also choose to offer rescheduling instead of refunds, depending on your cancellation policy.

Yes. DaliBook is available anywhere in the Philippines. Whether you're based in Metro Manila, the Visayas, or Mindanao, you can create your provider profile and accept bookings right away.

Yes. You can move their booking to a new available slot.
