No. Bookings you create directly on your dashboard or app are 0% commission. Commission only applies to bookings made through your public link or widget (12% fee). Note: Limits on manual bookings may be introduced in the future.
Payouts are sent weekly via bank transfer to your registered account. Make sure your bank details are up to date in your provider settings to avoid any delays.
You only need one valid government-issued ID to get started. Accepted IDs include a passport, driver's license, PhilSys national ID, SSS card, or any other government-issued photo ID.
Yes. You can process refunds yourself or contact us for assistance. Please note: platform fees are non-refundable. You may also choose to offer rescheduling instead of refunds, depending on your cancellation policy.
Yes. DaliBook is available anywhere in the Philippines. Whether you're based in Metro Manila, the Visayas, or Mindanao, you can create your provider profile and accept bookings right away.
If a guest is a no-show, you can mark the booking accordingly from your dashboard. Depending on your cancellation policy, you may retain the full payment or a partial amount. We recommend setting a clear no-show policy on your profile.
Yes. You can move their booking to a new available slot.
